Effective home remedies for food poisoning that works


Food poisoning is a serious food-borne gastrointestinal diseases. Harmful bacteria like Salmonella, Shigella, Clostridium get contaminated with cooked or uncooked food leading to food poisoning. 4. Grate a whole papaya and boil in water for a few minutes. This mixture, strain and give the extract to the patient 2-3 times a day.

5. Add 2-3 tablespoons basil leaf juice of half a cup of curd. Add a pinch of black salt and pepper in it. This should be 3-4 times a day gets relief from vomiting and abdominal pain.

6. equal quantities of cumin and fenugreek seeds (about 5 grams each), powdered and added to a glass of water. Drink this mixture gives exemption from the abdomen, and vomiting of food poison.

7. With raw garlic is very effective in treating the problem. Garlic acts as a detoxifier and kills bacteria in the digestive tract.

8. drink a glass of water to add few drops Mint juice at regular intervals, helping to reduce symptoms.

9. Drink herbal tea from herbs such as Mint, Chamomile, raspberry and BlackBerry is for the benefit of reducing the symptoms of food poisoning.

10. the Electrolytes, tender coconut water and liquids shall be provided to the patient regularly to prevent dehydration.
