Sepsis food poisoning

Food poisoning is a sepsis (presence of harmful micro-organisms or associated toxins in blood and tissues), caused by the consumption of food contaminated with pathogenic bacteria, toxins, viruses, prions or parasites. These impurities are typically as a result of improper handling, storage and preparation of foodstuffs. Pesticides added to food may also add to the likelyhood of consumption of virus. Contact as vermin, flies and cockroaches have with food, further increasing modification of contamination.

Because the symptoms do not occur often in several hours after the contaminated food is eaten, it is difficult to "PIN the tail the donkey" and figure out exactly where it came from. First food poisoning symptoms generally include: vomiting, diarrhea, fever, nausea, abdominal pain, headache and fatigue. Our bodies are usually able to recover himself from poisoning, after a short time. In rare cases, particularly with children and pregnant women, can food poisoning result in permanent health problems, and in more extreme cases, death.

The time it takes between mat consuption and the actual presence of the virus, called the incubation period. During this period spread germs through the stomach into the intestines and where they attach cells line intestinal wall. Those who then multiply.

Practicing good hygiene during the three stages of the preparation of human foodstuffs (before, after), can significantly reduce the risk of food poisoning. Think of your health and take the necessary precautions when working with food.
