Most people are unaware of the unhealthy conditions that cause food contamination and subsequent poisoning. Regardless is what you eat, cooking it myself the safest way to ensure that it was prepared properly and free of bacteria that can cause damage. Meat is, however, constitute the biggest risk of contamination, and should be prepared with extra caution.

Meat industry in America is constantly struggling to prevent the spread of contaminated meat. Large animal factories reduce costs by raising cows in extremely unhealthy environments. Small, crowded PIN enables the rapid spread of the disease, as mad cow disease, and high volume slaughterhouses creates potential for meat become infected with e. coli, a harmful bacteria found in cow's intestines and feces.

Recalls

Because meat processing plants are not obliged to verify the presence of e. coli in their product before they are sent, must man the chemicals contaminated meat and is suffering from food poisoning before a bad batch is recalled.

o recalls issued usually after the majority of contaminated meat has already been adopted
