Poisoning of food is something we all do not think because foods can always see, smell and even taste quite good the moment as we eat it. After drinking enough fluids and when the nausea and vomiting have already stopped eating food should be done slowly. Common foods should be eaten in small quantities. Rice, wheat, potatoes, bread, cereals, chicken, lean meat, is the best way to start your diet.


Get enough of bed rest to preserve your energy. This is very important because all the vomiting and the constant trips to the bathroom can drain you of energy.


Most cases of food poisoning requires the ingestion of over-the-counter drugs to stop the vomiting and diarrhea. Use them as directed and to avoid giving them to children.
